    An overview of the mental health damage caused through the violence of separation of mother and baby at the birth. The ongoing trauma of being denied any contact or knowledge about each other. It is also a proposal for mental health professionals around the efficacy of various treatment models and identifies lifelong trauma triggers that need to be understood and addressed
